End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: March 2025

1. License Grant

Udhyogi grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Invoice360 solely for generating invoices, compliance documents, and related business purposes.

2. Ownership

Invoice360 and all associated intellectual property remain the sole property of Udhyogi. This Agreement does not transfer ownership rights.

3. Permitted Use

• Generate invoices, government compliance documents, and contractor records.
• Use the app in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Restrictions

• No reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the app.
• No unlawful or unauthorized use.
• No sublicensing or redistribution without written consent.

5. Data & Confidentiality

You are responsible for ensuring that business and client data complies with applicable privacy and defense-sector regulations. Udhyogi will not disclose your data except as required by law.

6. Termination

Udhyogi may terminate this Agreement if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using Invoice360 and delete all copies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Invoice360 is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Udhyogi disclaims liability for errors, interruptions, or compliance failures.

8. Limitation of Liability

Udhyogi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Invoice360.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Punjab.
